The domain

Bihorée is an old manor typical of the Pays d’Auge dating from the 16th century.

Composed of 3 buildings, the Manor, the press and the stable, the field benefits from a park of one hectare opening on the Valley of the Touques, river which will be thrown in the English Channel in Deauville-Trouville.

The guest rooms are located in what was the apple attic, the first floor of the press.

They enjoy an impressive view of the Valley.

The 2 guest rooms have just been created and are decorated to make you enjoy a cozy and authentic atmosphere. The simply brushed beams bring the warmth of the wood, the paintings tell stories.

In the master bedroom “Ciel”, an intense gray is reminiscent of the gray slates of Normandy, those that make the charm of Honfleur, the gray feathers of the Heron, symbol of Bihorée or the gray of the skies of the painter Eugene Boudin nicknamed by his friend Camille Corot, the “King of the skies” for his magic paintings which make feel the infinite variations of the Norman skies.

In the next room “Stars” one of the walls took a soft sandy shade, like the grains of sand from the nearby beaches or like the linen sheets of yesteryear, a guarantee of nights full of starry dreams. The stars punctuate of course the soft decoration of this room.

In the property, you will meet our 2 dogs, Lilou the Breton labrador and Jack the “black sheep”! You may see our little gray cat Ash and surely in the garden, will you observe the 2 chickens Dahlia the black (of course) and Capucine the redhead …. Good eggs in cakes and at breakfast, it’s them!

To preserve all this menagerie, other animals are not allowed: do not take them in your luggage.

The pleasure of staying in bed and breakfast is to meet its guests and we will be happy to share with you our taste for this beautiful region, give you unusual addresses, secret corners or must-haves, in a word to offer you Normandy in its best light!
